Data collection and purpose

This page only collects the data contained in your contact form. The purpose of this collection is to provide interested parties with an agile way to contact the FAF for what they want to consult. Data is NOT shared with third parties.

Users’ rights

The user can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability and limitation, by contacting the FAF, by mail to the address of the FAF, proving his identity with a scanned copy of his passport or equivalent document, and specifying the right you wish to exercise. The user has the right to file a complaint or claim with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (www.apda.ad).

Data retention period

The user’s personal data is actively processed as long as he does not exercise his right of deletion.
